Users may cancel a confirmed booking before the scheduled start time of a consultation, session, or course.

Cancellation requests must be made within the timeline specified below to be eligible for consideration.
2. Non-Refundable Services

Once a session, consultation, or course has commenced or been delivered (partially or fully), no refunds will be issued.

This includes:

Partial attendance

Dissatisfaction with the service

Change of mind

All such purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
3. Provider-Initiated Cancellation
If a session or service is canceled or rescheduled by Neithya or Prachi Maheshwari, users will be offered:

A full refund, OR
-
The option to reschedule
4. Refund Requests

Refund requests (if applicable) must be submitted via email within 3 business days of cancellation

Valid payment proof must be provided
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or an alternative method deemed appropriate
